So simple but so good! Easily adaptable for any type of "butter" and very kid friendly.

SERVES 1 , 1 Wrap (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 sprouted wheat tortilla (any type will due)
  • 1 banana, peeled of course
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (more if you use a large tortilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Spread almond butter (& honey if desired) evenly over the tortilla.
  2. 2
    Place whole banana in center of tortilla and roll up.
  3. 3
    Enjoy with a side of baby carrots!
