From Chatelaine magazine, a sharp salad with a distinctly Canadian flavour, eh.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces amd place in large bowl.

    Slice unpeeled apple into thin wedges on top of lettuce.
  3. 3
    Thinly slice celery on top of lettuce and apple slices.
  4. 4
    Grate cheese and slice nuts and set aside.
  5. 5
    In a small bowl, whisk wet ingredients together to make dressing.
  6. 6
    Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle cheese and nuts on top.
