A great mid-morning pick-me-upper. I used Herdez's Tropical Juice (pineapple, orange, papaya, lime, grapefruit, mango and guava). Also added about a tablespoon of coconut milk. YUMMY! Made for ZWT5 Family Picks.

A fun breakfast this morning. . .muchas gracias. My banana was super sweet (over ripe) and I used 1 cup of banana yogurt which was already sweetened, so I omitted the honey and it was PLENTY sweet and plenty thick (without the extra cup of yogurt). I also omitted the 1/4 cup of OJ, as I used a juice from Trader Joes made from oranges, pineapples, mangoes, grapes and carrots. Love thick smoothies like this. Next time I will use mango nectar as the juice to get more of a mango punch! And I think a Tbsp of shredded coconut would be great in here as well. THANKS! Made for ZWT5, Caribbean.
