This is a perfect busy weeknight meal that can simmer away all day in the slowcooker. It's great for hungry families with evening activities or parents who want to spend less time in the evening cooking so they can help kids with homework or just spend time with them -

This is a really great recipe, very easy to make and smells like heaven when you open the door at the end of a long work day. Next time I make it, I will add some more herbs and a little more salt and pepper to spice it up a little, but that was my only complaint, and it is not really a complaint. I did use egg noodles to serve this dish over because that was what I had on hand. Highly recomend this recipe.
