Nene's All Purpose Dressing

This recipe is from my boyfriend's mother, Nancy. I have cut the sugar down a bit, but otherwise it's the same. It's a great simple salad dressing and is wonderful on everything from avocados to sandwiches! I absolutely love it! Feel free to play around with the sugar/honey amounts. The original recipe calls for 1/4 cup of sugar. Sometimes I add an extra tablespoon or two, which comes to about 4 tablespoons total.

SERVES 10 , 2 cups of dressing (change servings and units)

    Blend in the blender. (A blender truly is best, the dressing won't emulsify in the same way otherwise). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
