Pretty good! Very rich & creamy & filling! I found the peanut butter and cocoa made it a tad bitter - I think that could be corrected with a bit of Sugar Twin or other sugar substitute.

Fantastic! I used a cup of skim milk and it was still great.

I tried this recipe as written, and I didn't like it very much at all... the peanut butter taste was too strong for me, and the cocoa gave it an acrid flavor. I decided to try it again with a few tweaks... I added a few ice cubes and 1/4 c water to "dilute" the flavor some, used just a teaspoon of peanut butter and a scant teaspoon of cocoa powder, and added a couple of packets of Splenda to counter the bitter taste. It worked out, so this recipe was a great jumping board for me! Thanks for posting.

I used this for a perk-me-up afternoon snack for my son before soccer practice! He loves it! He especially loves the little bits of banana through-out. Thanks for a great idea! (Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag Game 2008.)
