I use this to keep my teeth shiny. The first time I used this, my teeth were squeaking as I brushed because they were getting so clean! I use this because fluoride is so dangerous (http://www.fluoridealert.org/50-reasons.htm)

SERVES 100 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons baking soda
  • 8 tablespoons sea salt, not iodized
  • 20 drops orange blossom essential oils

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix ingredients in a jar.
  2. 2
Dip damp toothbrush into mixture and brush your teeth for 2 minutes.
  3. 3
    Rinse.
