My Sister's Twist to No-Bake Cookies

Recipe #370176 | 10 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Chef #1260475
May 6, 2009

If you love no-bake cookies, then you will love this recipe. It tastes like the original recipe but it a little creamier.

SERVES 24 , 24 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan except for the vanilla and oats.
  2. 2
Bring mixture to a boil. Boil until the bubbles are shiney (about two minutes after boiling starts).
  3. 3
Remove from heat and put mixture into a mixing bowl because it will continue to cook in the pan.
  4. 4
Add the vanilla and oats and mix until oats are coated.
  5. 5
Spoon onto wax paper. Let cookies rest until hardened (best results when left to rest in refridgerater with wax paper placed on cookie sheet). Once cookies have hardened, you can now remove them from the wax paper and put them in a container of choice and youre ready to enjoy them.
