    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Cover a shallow baking sheet with foil. Arrange salmon skin side down on sheet. Spread each fillet with a very thin layer of mustard.

    In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Drizzle over fillets. Then sprinkle each with a teaspoon of brown sugar and dot with butter. Bake in center of oven for 12-15 minutes, until fish is firm and opaque. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
