this is very easy and less time consuming recipe

SERVES 4 -6 , 12 muffin (change servings and units)

    Preheat the oven at 190*C. grease the muffin tin.
  2. 2
    Sifted flour,sugar and baking powder in a bowl.in another bowl combine egg, milk and melted butter.mix well and add liquids all at once to flour mixture.

    Stir gently with fork until all dry ingredients are just moistened.Batter should look lumpy quite lump.

    Spoon batter evenly inti muffin tin filling two-third full.bake for 15-20 min until golden brown.serve warm.
