I skipped the avocado and used green onions . I put all the ingredients in separate bowls and we each made our own using what we wanted. Then we placed the plates on the oven to melt the cheese. YUM Made for 1,2,3 Hit Wonders

This was more like a taco salad than nachos but delicious non the less. I made some dressing that consisted of taco sauce and sour cream and added that to the mix and we really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing. Made for Holiday Tag

I made these for our lunch today during the football games!! I cut the recipe back to 1/2 lb ground beef, added my own taco spices and added kidney beans along with some tomatoes and sauce. I then topped the chips with this and added a Mexican Cheese Blend and then put it under the broiler to melt the cheese. Served with salsa, sour cream and green onions for our toppings. Thanks for sharing a fun game day recipe!! Made for Holiday Tag.

I made this to enjoy this weekend during the college football madness that ensues in our house every Saturday in the fall! These were delicious! It is great because my DH is very picky and I am not! I added a little bit of turkey chili I had leftover to the top of mine and turned the plain avocado into guacomole! Yum! Made for Holiday Tag 2009!
