Moule De Creme a La Glace Aux Fraises

This is René Verdon's recipe. He was White House chef when JFK was president. Preparation time does not include chilling time. I think that this would be excellent made with raspberries, raspberry ice cream or sorbet, and raspberry gelatin instead of strawberries & strawberry gelatin.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then add the cold water. Add the ice cream and when it melts add the fresh strawberries. Pour into a mold or a glass serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
