Reviewed during Pick A Chef PAC Sept 09 Loved 'em. These were really tasty wedges and I loved that they were fully baked in the oven. After reading Chef floWer's review I used half the oil and found this also was plenty. We served with some sour cream and they were enjoyed for our dinner as a side to some grilled chicken breasts. Photo also being posted

This was delicious side dish with Chef Flower's Cheat Chicken Parmigiana. The wedges came out crispy with full of flavour. I used olive oil but only used half of the written measurements. Thank you djmastermum
