This is a really refreshing cocktail I just had the other day. Been into some older-style drinks. Now if I could only find St. Germain for a reasonable price....

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 fluid ounce calvados
  • 1 fluid ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 fluid ounce white wine (preferably Sauvignon Blanc)

Directions

  1. 1
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish by floating a wafer-thin apple slice.
