Marinated chicken, grilled and topped with cheese, onion, tomato, and avocado. I swiped this recipe from a magazine, and added a few things. It's also great on a toasty bun, and with bacon. Mmmmm.....bacon.... Start it a day before you plan on eatin' it.

SERVES 4 , 4 pieces (change servings and units)

    1. Wash your chicken! You don't know where the butcher's hands have been.

    2. In a Tupperware bowl or big ass ziplock, combine the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

    3. Put chicken in, and coat it with the marinade. Fridge it until tomorrow.

    4. Grill chicken over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side. Nice 'n sear-marked.

    5. Top with cheese, onion, tomato and avocado.
