A refreshing beverage served at the historic Chatwood Inn at Hillsborough, NC

    Heat water & pour over mint leaves. Dissolve sugar in hot water. Steep 30 minutes to 2 hours. Strain out leaves. Add lemon juice & ginger ale when ready to serve. Pour over ice with a sprig of mint in each glass.
