Great dish for one! Sometimes there's only me and the little one and I don't need to cook much. There are some dishes that doesn't matter if I'm cooking for one or more it's still a lot of work. So this roast chicken was great for me! I liked the lemon in it and next time I'll try it with a chicken leg.
