Mini Cheese Dog Wraps

These are a great snack or lunch. Recipe is from Kraft.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

  • 4 beef hot dogs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. 1
    Heat oven to 375 degrees F; unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles.
  2. 2
    Cut each triangle lengthwise in half.
  3. 3
    Cut hot dogs lengthwise in half, then cut each piece crosswise in half.
  4. 4
    Cut each slice of cheese into 4 strips.
  5. 5
    Place 1 hot dog piece and 1 cheese strip at short side of each dough triangle; roll up.

    Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet.

    Bake 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.

I found this in Kraft Food and Family Summer 09 and had to try it. It's a great quick alternative when you don't feel like making homemade dough. These are a lot of fun and quite tasty. Thank you for posting this!
