Mince & Pasta Family Meal

Minced Beef dish that gets the veggies into them! this started out as a Spaghetti Bologna meal but because i wanted to get the vegetables into them it became my own family recipe

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Boil Water to cook Pasta - any kind is fine (shells, penne).

    While Pasta is cooking.
  3. 3
    Chop all vegetables finely.
  4. 4
    In a large fry pan (I use electric).
  5. 5
    On medium heat to high heat.
  6. 6
    add the oil.
  7. 7
    add the onions and garlic, stir til just cooked.
  8. 8
    add the mince and brown through.
  9. 9
    Add the rest of the vegetables.
  10. 10
    Stir well.

    To half a cup of hot water, add the Beef Stock Cube (I use Massell).

    mix til dissolved.

    Add Stock and the Tomato paste to the pan and stir.

    Drain off the pasta.

    Add the pasta to the pan (or into the bowls).

    Simmer for 10 minutes covered, stirring twice.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
