Mexican Dip

Recipe #366745 | 15 min | 10 min prep | add private note

Super quick and easy dip that your whole family will love! My 10 year old always asks if I will make my "famous dip"! Great dip to use when you're hanging out with friends as it's best when scooped up with chips right out of the pan!

SERVES 6 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2
Brown hamburger, add 1 pack of taco seasoning and 1-2 tablespoons of water (you can follow the directions on the pack if you wish). Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. 3
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and 1 pack of taco seasoning. I prefer to use my Kitchen Aid mixer so I can just let it go while I'm making the hamburger. It will become nice and fluffy as it mixes.
  4. 4
Spread cream cheese mix in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  5. 5
Pour hamburger evenly over cream cheese mix.
  6. 6
Put cheddar cheese over everything until it's completely covered. I like it really cheesy!
  7. 7
Place in the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
