Meringue Nests With Kahlua Cheese Cake

When I thought of this recipe, I couldn't get to Zaar fast enough to type it out, before I forgot lol. This is so easy. Cooking time is chilling time.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

8 meringue nests
250 g cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
400 g condensed milk
1/2 cup Kahlua
chocolate-covered coffee beans

Directions

Place last 4 ingredients in a bowl, and beat until smooth.

Place cheese cake mixture into nests, refridgerate until set, top with coffee beans or raspberries and cream.
