"This was my last meal to prepare for the Builders For Christ, as they were wrapping up their part of the building process a few days later. We're far from finished with our project, so now the congregation has to kick it in high gear in order to finish and move in--hopefully by Easter 2008. I will always remember the wonderful summer days of 2007--and our lunches shared together at the building site. We'll meet again--in heaven!"

Bacon - Bleu Cheese Chicken

S-U-C-C-E-S-S! Received many compliments on this fine dinner and especially on the chicken. Sprinkled on the extra bacon right before serving. Unfortunately not many of the guys took the gravy, so we had LOTS for leftovers--and it was LOADED with all the bacon and rehydrated minced onion--very yummy!!!

Definitely a five-star recipe, and very pretty to look at with the beautiful bright colors--set off nicely with the rather bland looking chicken and potatoes!
