"Mini OAMC session plan. We really love this Katsu-don recipe (it's better than ice cream!), so this plan is really to put 8-15 individual lunches in the freezer. Buy 9 pounds of pork tenderloin when it is on sale and get 8 different meals out of it! Freeze 7 pounds of the pork for an hour or two to make slicing thinly easier. Assemble the marinade bags first, then start breading the Tonkatsu. Everything else is making sure you bag up the required leftovers before serving them to your family!"
