"While working on our house, the diverse crew needs to be fed. We have our son-in-law with southern roots, a daughter-in-law from the Dominican Republic, my daughter (Kat) w/multiple food allergies, as well as my son who prefers beef and his friend who I have never met before. Breakfast should be able to sit out on the counter and be grabbed as they are getting a morning drink. Lunch needs to be substantial and simple. Dinner should include a dish familiar to Val. The dessert should be portable and something this young crew remembers fondly."
