"Easter in Australia happens in early Autumn. So if some of my choices don't seem very "springy", that's why. My husband's family apparently didn't celebrate Easter with a big family meal, but I would like to start this as a tradition in our family. I plan to keep it simple, as I have a small child and am 7 months pregnant! I will probably have my in-laws as guests for most of the long weekend (Aussies get Good Friday and Easter Monday off work!). So I have included some additional meals so I am prepared!"
