4 stars, only because I use a calorie justification scale. At 2363 calories for one serving of all recipes, I wouldn't call this a light menu. It looks so delicious that I am ready to investigate how much I have to adjust my portions to experience this. Perhaps my "bite of cheesecake" portion system will permit me to enjoy the taste sensations of your perfection. Ah to be young again, when just looking at food didn't add weight!
