"We are watching our carbs, but St. Pat's is one day we splurge! For the Guiness Pork Chops I skip the flour and use onion powder instead of onions and Splenda in the Irish Coffee. This menu says 54carbs/serving but with my changes it is more like 12 or 13 and well worth the carbs!"
