"Thanksgiving, that one meal during the year when family and friends gather together to give thanks and celebrate their many blessings. As a child, it was one time of the year that we would inevitably go away from the table stuffed to the eyeballs. My mother would have spent all day preparing all our favourite dishes, the smell of them cooking, feeding our appetites and tingling our tastebuds in preparation for the Family Feast! This is one instance where all the anticipation that built up during the day was never misgiven. The meal always lived up to it's expectations!"
