"This was supposed to be dinner for March 3rd but it was 5 p.m. and my meat was still not unthawed. Instead of using my oven that evening, I prepped everything for the main course, put in the fridge overnight and then brought out my trusty crock pot. Needless to say, we had a great Sunday dinner!"
