As I am one of the Nusstortes I just had to comment on how ultra FABULOUS this menu is for any sort of hiking or camping trip. We hiked the Alps for 4 days in the winter, climbing ice and wading through waist deep snow all the way to the Matterhorn ... we had all the energy in the world. Thanks for putting together the menu Katie!!!!
