Haven't made it yet, but I think this looks fantastic! Especially the roast--the picture is what drew me to it initially (plus DH looooves horseradish). Just waiting for a good time to make it for company, since its far too much for the two of us. Thanks for posting this yummy-sounding menu!

The meat that you picture in your roast beef dinner is still raw. I would never serve it and I most certainly would not eat something like that.

Absolutely perfect beef. Mid rare is the only way to serve beef, and anyone who disagrees should become a vegitarian.
