    Use 1 garlic clove for each potato. Don't need parsley or paprika when serving with turkey gravy. Can use some cream cheese with chives instesd of sour cream.

    Use 1/2 C granulated sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Decrease cloves top 1/8 tsp. Add 1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper. Top with lots of whipped cream.
