    Keep these simple so as not to distract from the flavour of the Chicken Main. Halve one tomato per person. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground balck pepper. Drizzle with a little melted butter and broil under medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. Serve 2 halves per person.
