"The local middle school Culinary Arts Club, with which I assist, will be preparing and serving a meal in late February 2007. They have chosen Breakfast as their theme and are busy researching recipes. These are my choices, based on large quantities and relative ease of preparation. Except for the biscuits and breakfast casserole which just sound really good to me!"
