"This is my 8 year old's standard birthday meal. On occasion we might do broccoli instead of spinach, or maybe add a lettuce wedge with french dressing, but he has requested creamed spinach the last 2 years in a row. These are all restaurant quality recipes. Why go to a steakhouse when you can make them at home for less?"
