"My Thanksgiving plan for November 23rd, 2006. This year I will have about 12 family members and I plan to do both meats ahead in the crockpot as well as freezing the potatoes and bread dough. The salads and desserts will also be done the night before as usual. that leaves the last stage of the rolls and the green beans to prepare. If everything works as planned, I will have very little work to do on Thanksgiving Day and finally will be able to watch the parades with my grandchildren!"
