    I added a few handfuls of elbow noodles to the soup and a tablespoon or so of cheddar cheese on top of each bowl. It was good but it still lacked something... I think next time I will add some flavored chicken breast (shreadded).

    Remember to lay out chicken the night before! **Went with chicken tenderloins with lime, garlic, s&p, EVOO marinade. Everyone LOVED it!

    Added chopped broccoli, basil, thyme and a little butter to rice before serving. Added seasoning salt to broccoli water while cooking.

  • Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

    Remember to pull shredded chicken out of the freezer the night before! The was definatly good, but as most of the other reviewers stated it was a bit bland. I added a few things to spunk it up a bit. I didn't have any green chilies like everyone suggested so I added some salsa and jalapeno juice to the mixture. Since I was using pre cooked shredded chicken that I had made for OAMC I sprinkled a little taco seasoning on it to give it a kick. I also put some shredded cheddar inside the wraps, just for the heck of it...more cheese the better. Over all though, really good, especially as a base to add to. (^_^)

  • Homestyle Beef Stroganoff

    OK, so, not our favorite. Not creamy enough and too much onion and garlic (I added) for us. I want to play with this one though and try it again. Next time I am going to use hamburger, leave out the onion and garlic OR maybe just grade a little in instead of chopping. Also add worchester (you know what I mean) sauce and double the sauce in general. Will most likely substitute beef broth for the red wine since I will be subing the steak for hamburger.

  • OAMC Chicken from the freezer

    Remember to lay out chicken the night before! I have chosen chicken frozen in Italian dressing and dijon mustard. Will sear in pan then finish in oven. (Family LOVED it!)

  • Belly Buster

    This was really good but needed some spunk. Next time I plan to add either....mustard, ketchup, salsa, tobasco or something else to give it a little zip. We would also have liked it to be creamier so next time I will try adding a larger portion of the cheese soup.

  • Peanut Butter Noodles

    This was not my favorite. But in the recipes defence I made it as a main dish and added chicken to it. I think that if I were to make it again I would use it as a side dish only. It was a little bland.
