"We always have fondue on New Year's eve. We use the Coq Au Vin broth to cook it in instead of oil and the dipping sauces from the next recipe. I usually cook beef tenderloin, chicken, shrimp and salmon in the broth. Then I make steamed red potatoes, cubed french bread and apple pieces for the cheese fondue. For the chocolate, we dip pound cake, marshmallows, banana slices and strawberries. Yum! Happy New year!"
