"Saturday, July 12, 2008 - This was our menu for a Picnic Under the Stars at Heckscher State Park. They had their annual free concert with the NY Philharmonic and fireworks followed the concert. We had a great time with family and friends. Also on the menu was Veggies with Ranch or Honey Mustard dip. Dessert was Boston Cream Cupcakes to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything packed up nicely in the cooolers and was delicious! "
