"Each item in this lunch can be made ahead. The mini meatloaves and greanbeans can be frozen and pulled out as needed! I love to have a freezer full of stuff to pull out and stick in my son's lunch box - he never has chemical filled "lunchables" or the standard PB&J in his lunch! "

Ummm, the thing I found wrong with this, is I cannot send a "brown bag" lunch with my Kinder kid, that requires it to be re-heated in a microwave. It sounds great for a quick lunch, but do not think this should be categorized as a brown bag lunch. JMO
