  • V's Mexican Quiche

I make this the night before as no one wants to cook breakfast after Santa comes!!!! So it's good to go in the oven while the kids are going thru their stockings.

  • Chili Relleno Casserole

This is another make ahead casserole that can be popped in the oven first thing in the morning. Once everyone is ready for breakfast, we have a dish already to go!

  • Chiles Rellenos Puffs

These puffs are perfect with soup as well as on their own. I like to have several soups to choose from, but these always go fast. I have to put them away at some point so there are plenty for the soup.

  • Sheryl’s Candy Coated Walnuts

A must have during the holidays. I make these sweet walnuts and have them in candy dishes all over the house. I have to hide some, cuz before I know it, they're all gone. So yummy! My sister-in-law introduced me to these years ago and they have become part of my holiday cooking.

I've only made the Mexican Quiche and the Key Lime Margarita Pie, and can't wait to make the rest of this fantastic menu. My kids love Mexican food, and the Quiche and the pie was a big hit. I definitely rate this 5 stars, Thank you for posting. Melody Ashcraft-Lansing, Illinois
