"We normally share cooking and catering tasks at Christmas and my job this year is to cook vegetables, salads and a few side dishes. I'm planning to make heavy use of the BBQ as my place is the venue this year. For the salads I'm planning to serve the dressings below along with a platter of fresh vegetables, cooked vegetables, cheeses, olives etc and everyone can help themselves to the combination they'd like."
