Million Dollar Cake

When I asked DIL what I could bring on Sunday, she joked "What about a million dollars?" Well, here is the best I can do. Make ahead on Saturday. I am going to use chocolate pudding and Cool Whip in the frosting. Trim the cake into a football shape and decorate for Superbowl Sunday.
