"A nice elegant but very tasty meal for Christmas Eve. Will be just perfect for my husband, Mom, Aunt & Me on Christmas Eve. This year we are having our dinner and gift exchange Christmas Eve since Ron has to travel on Christmas Day. I am planning a nice big breakfast for him before he leaves, but that is all on another menu :-)"
