I love the Cooking Light magazine - that's my favorite. And all the small ones you can buy at the checkout lanes at the grocery stores, I'm a sucker for those. I love trying at least one new recipe a week.

Favorite Foods:

I love cooking in the crockpot - it's so easy and nice to come home to a complete meal. I also love to make Mexican food - enchiladas are my favorite! My family has a restaurant, and I'm sure that's where my love of food started!
