I'm the oldest of four, and learned to bake from my Grandmother. She made baking fun and taught me all of her tricks of the trade. When it came to special events around town everyone looked forward to her dishes. As far as cooking goes, until a few years ago I even managed to mess up Easy Mac! Now, I've got a good balance of baking and cooking skills that my boyfriend benefits full well from. He's like a little kid during lunch at work, and everyone is surprised at what he brings.
