I live in the mountains of West Jefferson,North Carolina. I moved up here from Jacksonville,Florida in 2005 and fell in love with it here. I love to cook and bake. I also love to can food.

Favorite Foods:

Fried shrimp and fish, homemade vegetable beef soup, cornbread, homemade banana pudding and fruit pies. I love all kinds of food except liver. YUK.
