I am a fine-food-a-holic who is specializing these days in creating everything from scratch. No more processed, chemicalized foods. If I can't make it or find it in its basic state (including locally raised beef and poultry), I don't eat it.
I love to cook szechwan style foods and anything with ginger and garlic! I believe that garlic, evoo and salt are the true trinity.
Anything from my garden but especially tomatoes. I love love love red meat but have tried to remove it from my diet completely (DON'T NEED IT!). I admit to a cruel addiction to salty potato chips - any kind will do, but the saltier the better.
