I live in Colorado, where we have the best weather to be outdoors most of the time. (Over 300 days of blue sky and sunshine)I love to garden, cook, and eat. Travelling to foreign lands, experiencing their culture, food, and lifestyle is my greatest enjoyment.

Favorite Foods:

I love spicy! From Tex-Mex Chili to Thia curry, or a spicy Jambalaya to pasta with crush red pepper sauce, I can't stop looking for something spicy. Yet, I most desire what I eat from my garden. So, I grow nearly 20 varieties of chiles and horseradish.
