Just like everybody here I LOVE to cook. I experiment with food. I grew up around eastern european food but that did not stop me from falling in love with anything spicy, different and new. I want to own a big kitchen with all the moderern appliances I could buy. I love to shop for fresh produce at farmer's markets. Since I watch my calories I try to substitute lower fat items for higher fat one.

I want to learn how to make sushi, french food and south american food. I already tried my hand at middle easter, thai, indian and greek foods. Of course do not forget all those wonderful eastern european recepies I made. I will share some of these dishes with you.
